Feel the heat in this fiery Yoga flow. Detox, strengthen and stretch as we move dynamically in a way that feels incredible in your body. No one Yoga class is the same, allowing us to explore all facets of the body. Expect backbends, inversions and twists - if you haven't tried these before you will be amazed at the benefits! I weave meditation and pranayama (breath work) to accompany the physical with the equally important soothing mental work. All levels welcome!
