I am dedicated to creating a safe and welcoming environment for my students to explore all facets of themselves. I teach an array of classes from total beginners to more advanced Yogi’ in, Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, Breathwork and Meditations.
I took my first yoga class when I was revising for my A-levels, my mind a scrambled mess and the pressures of school overwhelming, when my dance teacher introduced us to the practice. It was a physical expression I trained with Anton Brandt at The Sacred Fig where I found my natural voice and a deepened appreciation of the sheer power of yoga.
Unbeknown to me that I would becoming a total lover of Yin Yoga (having been a gym fanatic Duracell bunny most of my life. I am completely obsessed with this proactive and furthered my Yin training with wonderful Melanie Cooper which completely transformed my approach to life let alone Yoga. I am currently deepening my training with Arhanta Academy of Yoga in pranyama and breathwork.
Besides being a teacher, I am a devoted student who attends class regularly and constantly looking for new teacher s to learn from to expand my knowledge especially in Yoga philosophy.
